Derek Hough set to move in with Cheryl.

The X Factor judge, who is still recovering from malaria, invited the American dancer to be her guest while he goes house-hunting in London.

And now that the 27-year-old has the massive mansion all to herself after Ashley Cole moved out, there’s plenty of space for Derek to settle in to.

Derek, 25, is set to become Cheryl’s housemate next month, as he tries to set up meetings with West End show and TV producers to work in Britain for the remainder of the year, The Sun reported.

A source told the newspaper: ‘Derek has been flooded with offers to work in the UK.

‘Cheryl is thrilled for him and glad that all the interest means he will be spending a lot more time on these shores.’

The US Dancing With The Stars celebrity is reportedly looking for a place to rent or buy in London’s West End but will keep Cheryl company in the meantime.

Cheryl is also on the mend according to the newspaper and is finally regaining her strength.
